Quality & Operations Manager - Pipe (#26-507)

Location: Houston, TX

Position Summary

• Perform Contract Review and Final Review of Sales Order and Purchase orders to ensure quality standards are met.

• Ensuring compliance with ISO9001.2015

• Inspect material/orders to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards and specifications.

• Perform receiving inspection of inbound shipments (visual inspections and dimensional inspections).

• Tag/stencil material at receiving inspection and/or at time of shipment.

• Coordinate with logistics to ensure products are shipped and handled properly.

• Witness loadouts, as required, to ensure quality standards are met.

• Be involved with “Physical Inventory / Record Keeping” of IM stock, both on and off site, in order to maintain accurate and up to date inventory records.

• Liaison with sales to ensure materials are handled correctly and arrive on-time to customers.

• Involvement with Quality Audits.

• Load / unload trucks as required.

• Maintain a safe and clean shop/work environment.

• Any other duties as required by your supervisor.

• Travels up to 25% of time and may include international travel as required
