As Director of Operations, he applies his background in FP&A and professional services to optimize performance, refine processes, and enhance service delivery. His prior roles as Corporate FP&A Manager at KBR and previously at Deloitte—equipped him with a sharp ability to translate data into business strategy, lead high-performing global teams, and manage complex cross-functional initiatives. With a focus on precision and scalability, Chris leverages his experience to drive operational excellence and deliver impactful recruiting solutions.

Chris holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master in Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas.
