Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (#25-476)

Location: Baytown, TX

Position Summary

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor oversees electrical maintenance activities in the ERW Plant. This role is responsible for troubleshooting electrical and PLC systems, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting reliable plant operations in accordance with ISO and API standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical and PLC systems

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment manuals

• Repair equipment, replace parts, test, and adjust as needed

• Assign and supervise work performed by maintenance personnel

• Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed

• Maintain maintenance records and complete shift logbooks

• Ensure compliance with ISO and API requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably an ERW plant

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting

• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Knowledge of safety standards and ISO/API compliance
