Job Summary
The Sales & Business Development Trainee will support day-to-day sales operations while learning the fundamentals of the industry, products, and customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the inside sales team by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with order management.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
Develop a working knowledge of product offerings to effectively support customers and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.
Participate in ongoing training to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and industry insight.
Assist with business development efforts, including lead generation and customer follow-up.
Conduct basic market research to help identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of motivation with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
