IT Engineer (#26-511)

Location: Greater Bay St. Louis, Mississippi

Position Overview

  • Responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing enterprise network systems, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of IT services across manufacturing, warehouse, quality control, and office environments.

  • Support industrial systems, production equipment connectivity, and cybersecurity while maintaining high system availability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

  • Responsible for providing desktop & end user support, network administration, server & infrastructure support, manufacturing systems support, and documentation support.

  • Knowledge and experience in Windows 10/11 administration, Windows server administration, active directory, group policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, or Fortinet networking, VLANs, VPN, routing & switching, Microsoft 365 Administration, hardware troubleshooting, printer and barcode printer support (Zebra and Brady preferred), network monitoring tools, backup and disaster recovery, and remote support tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support and network administration.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, CCNA, or Fortinet NSE are an advantage.
