Job Description
Seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant & Recruiter (30 hours per week) in Houston. This individual will support the Owner/President with daily activities and initiatives, including scheduling, email correspondence, social media management, and candidate sourcing. We are looking for a high-energy, positive and motivated professional with an interest in the recruiting industry.
Responsibilities
Provide Executive and Administrative assistance to firm’s President
Organize and schedule appointments, answer phone calls
Write and distribute email, correspondence, and forms
Source/recruit potential candidates on LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.
Maintain contact lists, keep office expense records
Coordinate all aspects of travel, including reservations, scheduling, and itinerary preparation
Act as the point of contact for candidates and clients
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Social Media experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Talent sourcing experience preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boards, etc.)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
