Job Description

Seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant & Recruiter (30 hours per week) in Houston. This individual will support the Owner/President with daily activities and initiatives, including scheduling, email correspondence, social media management, and candidate sourcing. We are looking for a high-energy, positive and motivated professional with an interest in the recruiting industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Executive and Administrative assistance to firm’s President

  • Organize and schedule appointments, answer phone calls

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence, and forms

  • Source/recruit potential candidates on LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.

  • Maintain contact lists, keep office expense records

  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including reservations, scheduling, and itinerary preparation

  • Act as the point of contact for candidates and clients

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

  • Social Media experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Talent sourcing experience preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boards, etc.)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
