Business Development - Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels (#25-464)

Location: Sulphur, LA

Position Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven professional to help expand our footprint in the heat exchanger industry. This individual will play a key role in building new relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and identifying strategic opportunities that align with our growth goals and commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by securing new clients across targeted sectors such as chemical processing, pulp and paper, and power generation.

  • Expand market reach by developing underrepresented territories and maximizing engagement within current customer organizations, including maintenance, capital, and turnaround groups.

  • Represent our expertise in heat exchanger technology by promoting technical capabilities, new services, and product lines to industry stakeholders.

  • Promote cleaning and inspection services by demonstrating their value to potential and existing customers.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and long-term client partnerships.

  • Gather and communicate feedback from clients to support continuous improvement and bidding performance.

  • Provide hands-on support to customers during critical project or turnaround periods.

  • Maintain key accounts through consistent communication and proactive relationship management.

  • Collaborate internally with engineering, accounting, and project teams to ensure timely approvals, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Background

  • In-depth understanding of shell-and-tube heat exchanger manufacturing, including TEMA classifications, materials, and production timelines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and familiarity with CRM systems and Power BI tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects or deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to urgent client needs.

  • Experience with project scheduling and milestone tracking tools is highly desirable.

Travel

Regular travel is required based on assigned accounts and business objectives.
