Responsibilities

·       Identification of potential business opportunities, target customers and products.

·       Interface with customers and communication with the Plant.

·       Receive Customer inquiries, negotiate and receive orders from the customer.

·       Effective review of Contract through understanding of customer requirements.

·       Preparation and submission of offers/quotations/bids.

·       Co-coordinating with the Plant for effective resolution of customer complaints.

·       Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and monitor Customer Satisfaction.

·       Monitoring payments.

·       Coordination of central marketing functions, order management, and documentation.

Qualifications

·      Requisite knowledge of Coating Operations / Processes / Types.

·      Pipe Coating Industry experience; familiar with various types of coating, technical intricacies of coating

operations, and has familiarity with target customers/segments.
