Revolutionary Recruiting is a new and unique method of recruiting. I use the word “revolutionary,” because I do think it is quite different than most methods. In so many ways, I consider myself a holistic recruiter; I look at the whole person. I think these days with all the different shifts in mindset and the different generational sectors we have now, I think that mindfulness and that revolutionary way of thinking about getting a job is kind of where we are in the marketplace.
These five steps that I’ve developed are for people looking for a job, for employers, and for recruiters.
