Immediate opening for a Senior Construction Project Manager with Design-Build experience to help lead our alternative procurement and delivery activities. This visible leadership position is responsible for project management and contract administration for large-scale, complex Highway/Heavy Civil Design-Build construction projects.

Qualifications

•    Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and negotiation skills

•    Bachelor's Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience

•    6+ years Project Management/Construction Management experience; diversified Highway/Heavy Civil Design-Build experience preferred

Responsibilities

•    Lead Design-Build construction activities

•    Plan, administer and supervise Highway/Heavy Civil construction projects

•    Maintain excellent relationships with project partners — owner, consultants, subcontractors

•    Establish and maintain safe working conditions; implement and enforce corporate safety policies and procedures
