Responsibilities

• Manage company’s eCommerce platforms;

• Promote eCommerce product offerings;

• Assist management in maintaining competitive online pricing;

• Engage in project to integrate eCommerce site activities in this organization;

• Engage with customers via email and phone;

• Quote customers with current pricing and availability;

• Process orders, blanket orders & release schedules in ERP system;

• Maintain customer database by entering new and updating existing accounts;

• Resolve customer problems and analyze their needs;

• Assist Territory Managers to meet customer’s needs;

• Cooperate with other team members to meet customer’s needs; and

• Contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role;

• An aptitude to discuss technical products with customers;

• Enthusiasm and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

• Motivation, flexibility, and adaptability;

• Effective time management and task priority assignment;

• Effectively communicate over the phone, in meetings, and in internet formats;

• Must have a friendly and warm demeanor; and

• Must be willing to learn new things.
